Company Profile

Qingdao Tilong Software Co., Ltd. was founded in 2024 and is based in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. We are a technology company focused on application software development, dedicated to innovation in social, entertainment, and lifestyle services.

In the fast-paced urban life, we have observed that many people, upon encountering someone they are attracted to, often let countless potential beautiful connections slip away due to shyness, fear of awkwardness, or worry about rejection. We believe that good social connections should not be limited to virtual swiping, but should return to reality, respect privacy, and lower the barriers to entry. Therefore, with the mission of “authentic connection and zero-pressure expression,” the company develops the efficient, simple, and secure Outmeet App to help users naturally confirm mutual interest when face-to-face.

There's another kind of miss in everyday life: an alarm rings, then ends, and you can't hand it off for someone else to help. That's why we built RemindCheck — closing the loop with remind, confirm, and a backup notice after timeout, taking reminders as far as they can go.
